Starting at the front end we manufactured a set of yokes that are 30mm wider than stock so that a  wider 140 section front tyre could be used. This tyre was fitted to a rebuilt 3.5 inch Excel aluminium rim using the stock hubs and new spokes. To give us a little extra clearance we fitted one of our high arch fork braces which supports an aluminium mudguard.  


We kept the stock Royal Enfield headlight, but its now held in place by a pair of our own brackets, which also house a set of Kellerman Atto indicators mounted on extended machined aluminium stalks.


Using our machined yokes meant that we could lose the standard twin analogue clocks and replace them with a much smaller and neater Koso digital display mounted to a custom made bracket. Sitting neatly behind the new display are a set of ‘Fat Bar’ handlebars gripped by a set of our own risers. These bars were drilled and prepared for internal wiring of the Motone customs micro switches and the stock throttle control was replaced by a unit from Domino. Changing the stock throttle control also required a new brake master cylinder and an LSL pot looks great on the bars. Black aluminium levers, bar end mirrors and a set of Biltwell grips finish things off nicely.


Whilst wiring the new switches in, we decided to also lose the stock ignition and install a motogadget keyless ignition system. Now all you need to do to turn the bike on is hold the key fob in a ‘secret’ location and hit the start button!


The engine was retained in stock trim, with the addition of a set of 2 into 2 short stainless steel silencers which we developed in house. Visually they make a big impact, but they are also over 12kg lighter than the stock exhaust system!


At the rear the other big aesthetic change is the aluminium 1 piece tail unit, again designed and built in house. It features a diamond stitched custom seat which was beautifully upholstered by our friends at Bike Seat Pro in Norfolk. We also retained the stock rear wheel, but its now fitted with a 150 section tyre.


The stock side panels were reworked with mesh inserts before being sent off with the tank and tail unit to Arnie at Pro Custom for its striking paint job.

To finish the bike off we added another set of Kellerman Atto indicators to the rear, one of our number plate mounts and a machined flush fit fuel filler cap designed in house.


The bike now looks and sounds great, not a million miles away from its stock look, but lots of nice details and parts which make it stand out from the crowd.
